About Me

Being in therapy has been both informative and healing in my own life, and I’m privileged  providing that experience for others. l have lived internationally from a young age, and learning to adapt to different cultural standards has helped me realise that we’re all shaped not only by what happens to us, but also by the social frames which surround us all, such as culture, race, religion, class, sexuality and gender identity.

I’m an Accredited Member of the NCPS and I’m on their Specialist CYPT (Children and Young People’s Therapist) register. I joined them for accountability and for the safety of my clients, and I am fully committed to their ethical framework. I meet monthly with my experienced, accredited supervisors who adhere to the same guidelines, to ensure safe and ethical practice.  I am fully insured against public liability, and hold an updated enhanced DBS check.  I’m an experienced School Counsellor and I’m proudly affiliated with both the BAATN (Black and Asian Therapist Network), and with TACTT (Therapists Against Conversion Therapy and Transphobia).
